HOW TO PURCHASE
If you would like to purchase an item that is either priced or not, please inquire via e-mail at gallery@schicklerart.com
You may also telephone us at 941-387-4761 during our normal business hours of Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.
OUR BUSINESS POLICY
1. All items are subject to availability and prior sale.
2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Payments are in US $, and can be made by Credit Card
(Amex, MasterCard, & Visa). Personal checks must clear
before shipment.
We now accept PayPal payments from US and International clients. We have found this payment method to be extremely reliable as you can choose between a credit card payment or your bank account debit for payment. Please confirm any order before paying via PayPal. You can sign up for a PayPal account at www.paypal.com
4. Florida residents must pay all applicable state sales tax on all items. Sales tax is not payable on all out of FL State shipments where the billing address is also non-FL.
5. We guarantee that all items are as described. You may return any item for a full refund of the purchase price if it is returned within ten days of receipt in the same condition and sent via an insured route. All returned item requests must be communicated to us by telephone or e-mail.
6. We are located in Sarasota, Florida and are open by appointment.
